    1. A Student/Tenant can cancel their tenancy agreement within 14 days of signing the contract and paying the deposit. 2.     International students who require a visa may cancel their tenancy outside the 14-day cooling-off period if their visa application is rejected. The following conditions apply: 1. Evidence of the visa rejection must be provided, such as an official letter or email from the relevant authorities.     Arranging a Tenancy Takeover: - 1. A Student/Tenant who wishes to cancel their agreement after the tenancy start date may find a suitable replacement to take over the tenancy. 2.     Guarantor Requirement

    For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- All tenants will be required to provide a UK-based guarantor if they choose to pay in instalments rather than paying the full rent upfront. A guarantor will be responsible for putting right any breaches of tenancy, including non-payment of rent if the tenant fails to meet the tenancy obligations. If a UK guarantor cannot be provided, tenants may use Housing Hand, an external guarantor service that supports students studying in the UK. Please note: The guarantor will need to sign a Guarantor Agreement, which will be sent to them by email.
